Foldable Truncated Icosahedron Ornament

Original CAD in OnShape. 

A 3D printed truncated icosahedron (soccer ball) Christmas ornament.

3D Print ornament from PLA and TPU (I used Ninjatek Cheetah white), 0.2mm layer height.
3D Print tooling blocks from PETG.
Weld the part together with a 3D Printing Pen with PLA.  

Because PLA and PETG does not stick together, overflow from the welding process will just chip right off the PETG tooling block.
