Tool housing should be assembled from “Tool clamp” and “Snap mount” files. It is built from 2 parts to achieve better printing layer orientation, which results in a more durable assembled part. Special assembly tool: Hammer or equivalent and a touch of love.

You can edit the size of the tool clamp so it fits the size of the box containing the end mill.

The dimensions of the Step files I uploaded are designed to fit Prusa mk3s+.

Recommended printing orientation is shown in the pictures. 

Wide boxes clamp: Make sure to print it on the correct side. Otherwise, you gonna need to use support.     

Soon, I will upload the Fusion 360 file. Using the parametric design, I made it easy to change the dimensions, number of rows, and number of columns.

Channing two modules or more (OPTIONAL):

Connect two modules by inserting the pin in the back of the left module into the hole in the back of the right module (be gentle, please).

Once the pin is in place, join the two modules using 2 “Chain bracket”.
