I made this handle to hold a “shop” paper towel for evenly spreading out glue stick after adding a bit of isopropyl alcohol. I usually spread a zigzag of glue stick, then spray a bit of IPA on top using a lab bottle and then use this tool to evenly spread the glue out over the surface. This give the bed a nice even coat of glue quickly over the whole bed.
The design calls for a ¼" bolt and nut to use with the provided knob to tighten on the folded-up shop paper towel as show int he photos.
I used PLA and printed with many perimeters and high infil to keep the handle stiff.
