Print settings were 0.2mm, 0.4mm nozzle, 3 walls, 5 top and bottom layers, 40% adaptive cubic infill. I used the octogram spiral bottom infill pattern as well.
These parts were printed in ABS and the hole sizes work accounting for the shrinkage. If using PLA the holes will be more open but I think the screws should still bite into the end and secure things alright. It is all going to depend on printer tuning but if people find that they need one with the openings slightly adjusted I can adjust and upload a variant.
The TPU gasket doesn't fit that great with the ABS parts and needed to be scaled down in X and Y to about 99%, should be fine in PLA. In general I don't think the case at this scale needs a gasket but I left it in the design the same as the original
You will need 6 M3x35mm socket head bolts and I also used ½" thick open cell foam attached with 3M VHB tape inside the lid to keep everything from rattling.

Remixed the Whity's Rugged Box (Parametric) to hold my TS100 soldering iron and the CNC Kitchen heatset tool and adapters.
