Prusa I3 MK4/MK4S LoveBoard Cover with Led Indicators

There are 4 Led Indicators :

• POWER (Main power supply)
  The main power LED indicates the presence of the voltage necessary for the operation of the LoveBoard, 3.3 V.
• H-ACT (Heatsink Fan Act)
  The heatsink fan cools the hotend components, and includes the heatsink. The associated LED indicates that it is active and rotating.
• P-ACT (Print Fan Act)
  The print fan directs cool air toward the model while the model is printing. The associated LED indicates that it is active and rotating.
• HEATER (Heater Act)
  The hotend heating element light indicates that current is flowing through the hotend heating element. When the temperature rises, the light is fully on, while at a warm, stable temperature, it is supposed to flash. 

There are two parts to print:

• "Prusa LoveBoard-R2-V2-cover" which covers electronic components
• "Prusa LoveBoard-R2-V2-leds" which drives the light of the LEDs

"Prusa LoveBoard-R2-V2-leds" should be printed in multiple colors (transparent and black) to separate the light pipes.

The heights of color changes are as follows:

• 0.0mm: Transparent
• 3.2mm: Black
• 5.2mm: Transparent
• 8.2mm: Black
• 10.2mm: Transparent
• 13.2mm: Black
• 15.2mm: Transparent

I recommend printing “Prusa LoveBoard-R2-V2-leds” with a border to ensure stability. 

I have print "Prusa LoveBoard-R2-V2-cover" in transparent PETG (totally and/or partially).

ASSEMBLY

Glue “Prusa LoveBoard-R2-V2-leds” into “Prusa LoveBoard-R2-V2-cover” as shown in the photos.

RELEASE
