I've found that the Heltec LoRa32 boards do not operate on Bluetooth correctly when powered only by USB power, regardless of the USB power source and its ability to deliver correct USB voltage and current. The Bluetooth connection drops frequently when run only on USB power, causing the LoRa32 board to lose connection with the phone's Bluetooth and the Meshtastic app. When I added a small, 300mAh 1-cell LiPO battery to the battery connector on the back of the Heltec board, the Bluetooth connection became solid. This back plate remix differs from the original only in that it has a hole to run the battery cable to the board. The case does not provide a method to attach the battery. The Heltec LoRa32 V3 will keep the battery charged.

This is a remix of Shred's Heltec LoRa32 Minimal Case. It is ONLY the back of the case - you will still need the other parts in Shred's design. I added a hole in the back so that a battery lead can pass through.
