When I set up my router-bench with the Micro Jig MatchFit System, I need stops to allow me to position multiple pieces for the same routing process.  Since Micro Jig does not sell the kind of stops I need, I designed my own for printing.  The design was done in SketchUp and I have provided those files as well as the STL and g-code files.

In the case that the stops cannot be out of the path of the router base, they are designed to be low enough profile to not interfere with the router base, with the knob only 0.5 inches above the bench face and the stop less than 0.25 inches above the bench face.

The only hardware required is flat-head #10-24 x 0.75 inches screws and #10-24 nuts. The nuts are press-fitted into the knobs using a #10-24 x 0.5 inches round-headed screw and a washer.

There are some blanks in the SketchUp file if you want to do your own.
