2020 Mazda Keyfob with Key - Rev 2 Update

Model files include a support enforcer object. I highly recommend you use this or another strategy to avoid support generation within the deeper key pocket recess.

Import the plate without supports and without key dummy, and split to objects, if you already have need for separate model objects.

Here are the steps that I've come up with for best fitment, as there are intentionally generous amounts of fitment clearance to allow for perfect alignment despite small measurement or printing errors: 
 

- clean supports completely from print

- push spare key all the way into the pocket until it hits the end. The amount of force it takes to do this, is the amount required to pull it out as well, so if this is too hard there may still be support material in the cap recess or mild sanding may be needed.

- add small dabs of glue on inside pocket of key cap corner, ensuring NOT to get glue on the faces which mate against the main keyfob body
 

- push key cap corner onto spare key tang, ensuring both sides of cap corner are flush with overall body sides
 

- let model sit in vertical position such that any excess glue drips into cap, not body. but try to avoid any excess to begin with.

Enhanced model now relies on key pocket overhand to provide friction fitment for corner pocket spare key. enhanced lid fitment. 

The previous buttons and lid may still fit without issue.
