I designed a toothed disc to help keep corners flat during printing by managing heat and providing extra hold.

1. Stops Corners from Lifting: Sometimes corners lift off the bed. My disc helps prevent this. I place it so its teeth partly overlap with problematic corners.

2. How It Works: The teeth draw heat away from the corners, which stops them from curling up. And if the corners still try to lift, the teeth hold them down because they're attached to the corners.

Procedure for Positioning the corner helper in Slicing Software

1. Import the Toothed Disc File:
- Import as many corner helpers as you need (4 I'm guessing)

2. Orienting the Corner Helpers
- Select the corner helpers in the slicing software.
- Use the orientation tools to rotate and adjust the disc so that its teeth align with the corner of the main model.

3. Positioning for Overlap:
- Carefully move the disc towards the corner of the main model.
- Position it so that approximately one-third to one-half of each tooth tip overlaps with the edge of the corner. This can usually be done using the move and drag tools in the software.

4. Ensuring Base Exposure:
- It's important that part of the base of each tooth remains exposed and not fully overlapped with the main model. This ensures that you can easily separate the two models after printing.
- Adjust the position of the disc if necessary to expose a portion of each tooth's base.

Remember, the goal is to provide enough overlap for thermal and physical support while ensuring the models can be separated after printing. Take your time during the positioning step to get this right.
