This KZ ZSN Pro case is most likely to cause little to no strain on the “with microphone” cable for the aforementioned IEMs, as, when spooled, it leaves plenty of slack, but not plenty enough to unspool on it's own. Larger opening where the earplugs go is there to accommodate for even the biggest listeners and not at all a crutch to design around tolerances. The case unscrews to reveal a compartment for extra earplugs in case you may need a spare. Grooves for “temples” are a bit closer to their original shape, which is also one of the reasons, why this thing is this much bigger than the original. The cradle for the jack somewhat snugly holds on, preventing unspooling.
