Individual storage cans, originally designed for a set of tires of the Kyosho Mini-Z on-road RC model cars, with internal dimensions of D29 x 43mm.

External dimensions: D30 x 46mm (Without connector protrusions) or 36.5 x 34.25 x 46mm altogether.

Can be use for organized storage of any small parts, the cans can be simply pressed together from the sides or slided from above and they stick together well in any formation.

Also can be scaled within a wide range, just remember:

X and Y scaling must be uniform and the same for the can and the cap. The model assumes the default extrusion width for 0.4 nozzles: 0.42mm. You can apply a slightly different scaling for the cap X and Y axes if you use different extrusion width.

Z scaling can be different from the x and Y, but must be the same for the cap and can.

The container should be printed in vase mode. 0.2 mm layer height, 6 solid layers for both can and cap.

The .3mf file for Orca slicer is included. The 1st plate contains 6 caps (printed object by object), the 2nd plate contains one can.

I used Colorfabb nGen transparent filament - it's a kind of PetG - with a minimum speed of 40mm/s. This way the 6 caps prints in 26mins, the can in 20.

Both times include the preparations on my Bambu P1S.

Enjoy!

Ps: Just noticed after uploading. A few cans are connected upside down on the photos. They're exactly the same, and can be connected both ways, it doesn't make a difference.
