July 18 2022 update: Added a new nacelle design that is a bit longer for better airflow beneath the prop. It also incorporates a slot for the tilt servo so its no longer necessary to cut in a space for it on the wing.

Added the Arduplane param file I used.
This is a remix of some nice work done by Chan: https://github.com/phochan/Hee-Wing-T1-VTOL/blob/main/stl/heewing7a.STL
mixed with the amazing 3d printed mini hawk by Steve Carlson: https://hackaday.io/project/175286-minihawk-vtol
The nacelles simply bolt on to same holes where old motor mounts were screwed on.
[edit 4/11/2022: micro motor got too hot and melted my tilt motor mount. I'm switching to 2204-2300 size motors I pulled off an old quad]
Print mirror versions of the nacelles and tilt motor mounts. They are laid out on their sides. I've had good success printing them in that orientation with full supports. Requires some cleanup with needle nose pliers afterward but supports come out pretty well.
To keep wings removable, I'm using the LED connector wires for the tilt servo but that means LED's won't work. So I replaced LEDs with fire LEDs from readymade and just power them from power going to motors.
I printed using Pet-G for its strength. 20% infill.
Parts needed:
T1 Ranger kit or pnp.. you won't be using the motors or esc's so a kit might be better value but more work.
3 motors. I’m using old lumenier 2204-2300 with 5x4x3 props
Upgrade ESCs to 30-35 amp.
Ardupilot compatible flight controller. I’m using a matek h743 wing v2 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B092RVFSN4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
.047" smooth rod for hinge mechanism, (may have to drill out hole with 1/16” drill bit) and 2-56 rod for linkage to servos.. also will need clevis of your choice to connect to servo horn (I used a solder clevis)
e-z connector like https://www.dubro.com/collections/e-z-connectors/products/e-z-connector
to lock hinge rod in place (bend other side)
2-56 ball link https://www.dubro.com/collections/kwik-links-clevis/products/2-56-threaded-ball-link (will have to drill out hole with 5/64” drill bit)
Some m3 nuts and bolts to secure the nacelles: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000FN21AO/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_BAVTQ5HA70X2SWACFDSP?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000NBKLOQ?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
servos for tilt mechanism..I am using Turnigy DMC809 which have tons of torque and smooth operation: https://hobbyking.com/en_us/dmc809-micro-digital-coreless-servo-25t-3-8kg.html
Another good option: https://www.buddyrc.com/products/kst-ds215mg-digital-servo-6-0v-0-06s-3-10kg?variant=39868029042876
