Card inserts - Organizing board game cards

I made card separators primarily to organize my Tainted Grail box.

The card separator is 63mm by 88mm (with 1 cm extrusion for labeling on top).

I found the best results with the 0.4mm thickness card and 0.2mm layer height. The cards are very thin, fit perfectly and print very fast in 2 layers.

Also pro tip, put a bit of paper tape on the label extrusion, so you can change the names without printing aditional separators.
