Filament Dry Box with Dual Spool Holder and Tube Outlet for IKEA365+

This is a drying box for filament with a spool holder for two spools and matching outlets in an airtight IKEA365+ food container. The filament outlets is optimized for the PC4-M6 fittings and allows the PTFE tube to be pushed all the way into the housing. This results in almost no friction loss inside the outlets compared to many other designs.

The width of the roller itself can be adjusted as required.

• 1x IKEA 365+ Food container with lid, rectangular/plastic 358 oz/10.6l

• 2x Pneumatic Fitting PC4-M6 
• 8x Ball bearings 608ZZ (8x22x7mm) 
• 1m PTFE Tube with ID 2.5mm and OD 4mm 

Optional Parts

• Pneumatic Sealing/Endcap (4mm)
• Pneumatic Pipe Connector/Couping (4mm)
• Mini Hygrometer/Thermometer

Assembly

• Print Holder
  • 1x Holder - Middle
  • 2x Holder - Side
• Print Outlet
  • 2x Nuts
  • 2x Bolts (maybe with support in the middle)
  • (Optional: 10mm Wrench)
• Cut each aluminum rod to approx. 160mm
• Drill two 16mm holes in the IKEA box (example position in the pictures)
• Assemble parts
