I got annoyed by the large footprint the cables can have on your desk - especially with future plans for an enclosure - so I decided to design a set of cable guides to manage both the gantry and bed cables.
I'd recommend printing in PETG to avoid creep over time, especially for the bed holder, though PLA will absolutely work as well. Higher wall counts (3-4) are also recommended since some of the clip arms are somewhat small. Standard 0.2mm layer height is recommended. Supports are required for only the upper gantry cable holder
The lower gantry cable holder is a mirrored and clearance - tweaked version of:

It should simply clip on to the z-axis rails. Squeezing the cable into the slot is intentionally fairly tight so it doesn't later slip out
The upper gantry cable holder is designed to slip right into and replace the built in cable holder on the back of the x-axis motor. The cable label should be kept roughly in the same location, so I used between the two horizontal clips. I recommend printing this part with the clip/buckle thing face down on the bed and supports as shown in the pictures.
The bed cable holder is designed as a right angle replacement for the stock holder. This can be taken off non-destructively by snipping the zip ties and unbolting the top left bed bolt it is attached to. For installation I recommend stacking the part and stock spacer before sliding it in and using the bolt to line everything up. The cable should then be able to be clipped in afterwards, and removing the entire bed should not be necessary
This print should be a drop in replacement for the stock part, but may require some sanding to re-level the bed. Be careful with removal / installation since this is right near where the bed power lines are soldered on. Mine were quite beefy and well attached but ymmv
Ignore the weird stringing in the print picture, that was slicer artifacting that hasn't appeared in re-prints
