Notes:

Each piece is approximately 2 inches tall. Color change at level 2.2 but you could choose to make it monochrome or bicolor at some other level. Can also be scaled upward but not smaller. The complete alphabet equivalents are included with a few consonant blends and end caps. Be careful snapping each letter together as the peg-in-hole is tight. Any material should work, I just chose PLA.

You may wish to glue the pieces together from the back side to give it some rigidity.

I may also add a stand for the name to sit on, maybe a pyramid or something.
