M5 metal screw thumb bolt for Articulating Raspberry Pi Camera Mount

I couldn't find the screws used in the original model so created this. It works with these M5 18mm stainless steel screws. Tolerances aren't perfect so you may need to super glue the screw in place. The nuts are found in @abeaulieu's original model.

The only changes are the diameter of the hole to accommodate a different screw head and a phillips ‘bump’ to keep the new screw in place.
