Motorola Moto G53 Rigid Phone Case

Phone case for Moto g53 (2022). Was printed using PLA+ (didn't have any TPU at the time). If you choose to print in TPU just make sure to reduce the scaling in the slicer (doing this might require some trial and error). This is to ‘get rid of’ the tolerances I put in the CAD model to get the phone case to fit onto the phone when printing with rigid PLA+ (which is not required with TPU).

Case is designed to offer decent protection as mentioned in the summary.

Print settings:

• layer height: 0.2mm (any higher will screw up overhangs and tolerances)
• walls: 1.2mm
• top/bottom thickness: 1.2mm
• infill: 100% (doesn't make much difference)

Printing with above settings using PLA+ or similar should produce a tight fitting case in which the phone does not rattle (as I was able to achieve).
