Electronics cover for The 100 which is designed to mount rigidly to the bottom frame. The cover replaces the bottom frame connectors. The bottom frame connectors use nuts for attachment to allow enough tension to keep the bottom frame stiff and the other holes are designed for heat set inserts.

Mounting hardware needed:

  • 4 x M4x8 countersunk machine screws (for PSU)
  • 8 x M2.5x8 machine screws for SKR Pico and Banana Pi
  • 3 x M3 heatset insert
  • 3 x M3x30 machine screws for mounting
  • Nuts and screws are re-used from the existing frame connectors
  • Micro-Fit 3.0 2x3 panel mount connector (optional)

There is a place for a 4020 or 4010 fan between the Banana Pi and SKR Pico. Mounting hardware is not listed above for the fan.

A connector port location is provided for an ADXL345 connection with a Micro-Fit connector for easy resonance compensation measurements.

2024-01-19: Updated the model with slightly more spacious screw holes and a cleaner split for the 2 halves when printing on smaller printers.
