Description

PDF

A fully printable and easy to assemble split-flap counter.

Print instructions

No support is required.

I printed the parts with 2 perimeters, 10% rectilinear infill and 0.2mm layer height.

I recommend splitting the flaps.stl in PrusaSlicer to fit smaller build plates.
Right-click the object -> Split -> To Objects.

Add a color change for the first and last layer when printing the flaps.

Changelog

2021-08-29:
Updated the frame (v3). I noticed that the frame was prone to tip forward so I shifted the bottom a bit. This version can also be printed mirrored and connected to each other.

2021-06-22:
Updated the frame (v2) to include a stopper which prevents the bottom flaps to swing. I've added a small adpater for those who already printed v1.

Designing your own flaps

These are the measurements for the flaps. The numbers are cut 0.2mm into the flap.
