MMDVM HS Dual Hat Raspberry w/OLED Pi 4 Case

Remix of candrist excellent design. I just added cutouts for the OLED and status leds.

Assembled using 4x M2.5x22mm or M2.5x25mm screws.

Installed WPSD fork of Pi-Star.

Hint: To update the firmware you need to solder jumper JP1.
