TV stand/cabinet hinge

Print hinge_tv_stand_cut that contains cutout part (necessary to insert it on the plastic slider). I've also uploaded full version (without cut out part). 

Attach the hinge with the cutout to the plastic slider with a circular center on one side, and then rotate with the hinge until it clicks into place.
