Craftsman Drill Press Handwheel

This print is similar to my MiniMill DownFeed HandWheel Mod, but a complete redesign was required to accommodate the spokes on a Craftsman Drill Press.

This handwheel was designed to fit a Craftsman bench drill press 10in model; model number 137.219001. It will probably fit other Craftman models - I have included a measurements drawing so you can check the spokes on your drill press (see included PDF).

In addition to the 3D printed parts, this also requires :

• M3 X 8mm SHCS, qty 6
• M3 X 20mm SHCS, qty 9
• M3 hex nuts, qty 15

Assembly

Print Instructions

Print in PETG using the 3mf file provided; otherwise :

• 0.3mm layer height
• 3 perimeters
• 15% grid infill
• supports on build plate only
• variable layer height (adaptive) on all sections
