Milwaukee M18/M12 Battery Charger Holder/Mount (Version 3)

UPDATE 08.03.24:  Added a new version (Milwaukee Charge Mount 3 v8). Did some edits on the holes and beefed up the side brackets. This virtually eliminates any wobble. Also, rebuilt the small mounting tabs… better fit. To be honest, I use ‘Modifiers’ in the slicer to create separate print settings for the tabs… makes them virtually solid all the way through the base. Again, the mounting tabs will be fragile, so don't force them, but they do fit nicely.

Previous Update 12.27.23:  Added a simplified version (Milwaukee Charge Mount 2 v8) which requires 62% less filament and significantly less print time than V1.

Details:
Bracket fits mounting slots on Milwaukee M18/M12 combo charger (Model 48-59-1812). 

Included is an .STL file which can be mounted using wood screws (M6x20), or whatever suits your personal requirements/preferences. 

Note: Tabs are a snug fit and will snap if forced. You may want to hit them with a small file or sandpaper for minor adjustments. Avoid over-tightening screws as PLA filament tends to be more brittle. 

*Printed on AnkerMake M5C (0.4 mm nozzle - 220x220 mm bed).
