In an effort to reduce weight I modified The100 gantry geometry by carving out excess material and replacing m5 bolts with 5x45mm pins.
There are holes that can be used to remove pins if needed.
Designed to be printed with the recommended The100 v1.1 print settings.
Moving from bolts to pins is rumored to improve gantry motion by avoiding potential vertical idler movement induced by threads. I haven't noticed a difference, but I'm focused on speed not quality.
Carving was done purely for aesthetics. It doesn't save significant printed part weight and I haven't validated whether it helps or hurts printer tuning.
The biggest weight savings was found by replacing 5x45mm steel pins with 5x45mm carbon pins. I have these in my Voron v2.4 and they've held up extremely well.

Only contains gantry geometry modified to remove material and replace m5 bolts with 5x45mm pins.
