Bed Level Test 1mm high

simple model to test your bed auto level on the Prusa Mk4, this model is based around 1mm height, I've also uploaded a 0,2mm high version.  Decided to create this following the disaster of trying to level my Neptune3 - tested this on my kit built Prusa Mk4 and it was perfect when measured with a vernier.  The alternative 0.2mm allows for a better visual test.
