This is a replacement fitting that is made for a swivel rocker. The manufacturer is Flash Furniture and the rocker part number is BT-7818-BGE-GG. These tend to break and there is no replacement from the manufacturer. I designed this from an original part and printed five of these for a friends rocker. He mentioned that it fit perfectly and fixed his rocker.
