ZeroG Mercury One.1 Tensioner Blocks

These tensioner blocks are an alternative for the standard tensioner plates. The standard tensioner plates would not work with the enclosure as the door would collide with the screws. These blocks press fit into the Y extrusion and bolted into the top of the 2040 extrusion. This also gives a cleaner look to the 2040 extrusions as the tensioner blocks will cap them off.

Hardware needed:

• M3 screws and washers (from the original BOM) 
• 2 M5 x 10 mm SHCS (to bolt them into the 2040 extrusion)

Print settings:

• Layer height: 0,2 mm
• Perimeters: 4
• Top/Bottom Layers: 5
• Infill: Grid 40%
