My wife asked me to organize my tea collection and paraphernalia, so I decided to make a canister set using the Gridfinity system. I designed a collection of sealable canisters so I could get rid of the tea bags, and still keep the tea fresh. The larger ones are for my favorite tea. I tend to purchase them in larger bags. The smaller ones are for the occasional teas that come, in smaller bags. I have some specialty bins for holding various tea strainers, measuring spoons and honey straws. I even have a few for teas that come in commercial tins.
The lids and O-Ring fit both sizes of Tea Box. There are two lids one with a top handle and one just plane. I printed both lids with supports, so the exterior has a better finish.
The O-ring is printed in TPU. I printed everything else in PETG, but ABS or ASA would work nicely.
Update:
The first few Canisters I printed I used Prusa Slicer to add the name of the tea. I quickly realized I had several teas that I don't usually keep on hand and would probably not want to print a canister with the name on it. So I created a version with a removable label panel. I kept the label inside the normal Gridfinity dimensions to avoid interference. This way I could re-use the canisters when I tried new teas. Just print a new label using Prusa Slicer to add the required text.
I also added a stand for my Tea Infuser. I uploaded the complete model, and also the two parts. I broke it into 2 parts to make it printable without supports. There is a slot in the back of the base. It's a tight fit, but they press together.
