Track saw parallel guide 16 mm (Makita, Festool, Bosch, Metabo...)

A fast and cheap parallel guide for 16 mm track saw or router rails. After aligning the guide rail  clamp it and remove the parallel guides.

Printing recommendations
Filament: PETG or better
Infill: 15%

I've designed two different versions of the stop block, with 20 mm and 10 mm flange height. Print the one that fits your needs or print both and change when needed.
 

Additional hardware needed (cost: less than 10 €):

• 2x 10 mm stainless steel rods, length according to your needs (mine are 500 mm long)

• 2x M6 Hexagon bolts, 25 mm long

• 2x M6 Nuts

If necessary widen the holes for the hexagon bolts with a 6 mm drill.

Glue the bolts with 2K epoxy glue. Don't use super glue as it won't last long.
