THIS IS AN OLD VERSION

My V2.0 mount is published here: https://www.printables.com/model/701963-btt-microprobe-mount-for-the-100-v11-printer-v20

This is v1.0 of my mount for the new BIQU (Big Tree Tech / BTT) Microprobe on "The 100 v1.1" printer using the rear bottom toolhead bracket. I encourage everyone's input on improving the design. Currently I'm trying to solve the standoff issue. My design skills are amateur at best, so please send me your recommendations, or link to your solution!

I printed these with a  BL X1C

  • 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle
  • 0.2mm layer height
  • Polymaker Polylite ASA
  • 270C/100C
  • Textured PEI sheet (no glues)
  • 18 mm3/s max flow
  • 20% gyroid infill
  • 4 walls, 5 tops, 5 bottoms
  • 10mm Brim with no gap (I use a deburring tool to clean it up)

Special thanks to @MattThePrintingNerd for creating such a fun printer! Check out “The 100 v1.1" printer.
