Swap out the 80 tooth main gear for a 40 tooth version to be able to double ERCF load speeds

Description
PDFI was maxing out my stepper's rpm when trying to feed the ERCF faster than 125mm/s, to fix this i needed to change the gear ratio.
When swapping to this gearing you'll need to change the gear ratio in the stepper config to 2:1 and re-do the rotation distance calibration and then double check the encoder calibration, after that you can start bumping up the feeds and speeds.
