Original Text Model & Text from Daarin:

Fan duct for the Nextruder hotend fan.

I was having issues printing PA6-CF and uneven cooling causing warp on one side of the models being printed.  No matter the print orientation, the right side of the model would show signs of uneven cooling and slight warping.  After a little investigation I realized the hot end fan was directing air out the right side of the Nextruder, blowing down on the build plate.

This duct redirects the airflow up instead of out.  The duct snaps into place using the existing hex spacer nut and a slot in the X carriage.  Clearances on the right side of the nextruder are pretty tight so please make sure to fully seat the duct when installing, you should be able to use a piece of paper between the Z screw shaft and the duct to confirm clearance.  Print orientation is important, it needs to be printed on it's side so the clip has enough strength.   Printed in PTEG.

Finally i would like to thank Daarin for providing his cad file :-)
