The corner connector is printed with PETG and do not need supports. To simplify drilling of the fixing bores, I have added a drilling template suitable for plate thickness 8mm.

Part list:

  • corner connector | quantity: at least 2 are recommended to connect 2 plates
  • hexagon nut M4 | quantity: 1 (per corner connector)
  • countersunk screw ⌀3x16 (for wood) | quantity: 2 (per corner connector)
  • hexagon or cylinder screw M4x16
  • optional: washer for M4

Tool list:

  • drill ⌀4 to create bore for M4 screw
  • drill ⌀3 to create bore contersunk screw ⌀3
  • countersink
  • printed drill template
Print instruction:
  • supports: NO
  • layer height: 0,2mm or 0,3mm
  • nozzle diameter: 0,4mm or 0,6mm
  • brim: not required
  • enclosure: NO
Assembly instruction:
  1. deburr part if needed
  2. add hexagon nut M4 to corner connector
  3. align drill template to plates and ensure there is no clearance between the parts
  4. add bores to plates using drill template (⌀4 [1x], ⌀3 [2x])
  5. add corner connector to plate using countersunk screw ⌀3x16 (2x)
  6. add second plate to corner connector using screw M4x16
