ER11 Adapter to CNC Drag Knife Holder

This is an alternative top nut for Laisch's CNC drag knife holder for cheap drag knifes. 

It mounts directly to an ER11 spindle nose, interfacing with the M14x0.75mm thread and collet taper to give reasonable rigidity. It's also slightly lower profile than the original design which helps if you have a shorter Z axis. 

Includes a recess for a spring up to 5mm dia., e.g. from a ball point pen. 

Modified top nut to mount direct to ER11 spindle.
