The 3D printed bracket is a simple yet functional addition to the Sunlu filament dryer, designed to support a 30mm 12V fan. This upgrade is aimed at improving air movement inside the dryer to aid in filament drying. It's a straightforward clip-on attachment that fits onto the side of the dryer. A rubber pad is placed between the the bracket and dryer's wall to minimize vibration and noise. The fan's wires are extended to a 12V DC jack for easy power connection, either separately or through the dryer’s own supply.
To attach the bracket nearer to the dryer's rear and adjust its angle, slide a 3mm nut into the designated slot on the bracket's outer tab. Then, secure it with an M3 screw.
Created with a Prusa MK3s+ printer using clear PETG filament.
If you have experience with both PETG and TPU, I'd appreciate your comparison of their performance for the bracket!

Revised my bracket design (v2) to reduce noise by cutting down the contact area with the dryer's case, lessening vibration from the fan. There's a noticeable difference, although it might also be due to my fan.

To stop the fan from running all the time, I installed a 40°C thermal switch in line with it. This switch is placed on the bottom of the Sunlu heater.
You can purchase connectors or just solders the wires directly
