We have a series of picture frames that were very hard to wall-mount, because the sawtooth were recessed over 1" / 2.5 cm from the back of the frame. So I made a wall-mountable hook that sticks out 25 mm from the wall, and is easier to slide into the sawtooth hanger.
The mattes and frames were purchased over 10 years ago, but my best guess is that they're from the “Ikea Ribba” series.

The included “recessed-hook-settings.3mf” file includes my settings for printing with PLA, (0.2 mm layers, extra vertical perimeters, and a bit of organic support) on a Prusa Mk3s.
If configuring it yourself:
Fasten the hook to the wall with an appropriate screw, using drywall anchors if necessary. The hook should be facing up, but it does not need to be precisely leveled
Lower the sawtooth hanger down over the hook, and slide it left or right until the picture hangs straight.
