Flat door handle for Prusa Enclosure

Remix of original door handle when using both the 270° Hinge and folding door models to allow the doors to open flush with the enclosure.

I used AddNorth PETG at the standard 0.2 structural preset and it worked out OK. I had to pull the nuts through with a M3 screw before adding to the doors. 

I printed the folding door and 270° Hinge but the handle was contacting the side of the enclosure and not sitting flush. I therefore cut the original handle in prusaslicer and added space to insert M3 nuts.
