Gembird filament adapter for Ender 3 spool holder

A very simple three part build that helps reduce the friction and the subsequent filament hopping and pulling. I'm sure this also works with some other spools so here are the measurements:

• The tube is 58mm wide and 65mm long with a 37mm hole.
• The rings are 70mm wide and 10mm long with a 37mm hole.
