Improved Bambu Lab Reusable Spool Holder - Customisable

This is a remix of the much loved Reusable Bambu spool by Blizzard.

This version has removed the honeycomb sides and instead replaced them with a customizable infill area, where you can define the infill density and type, which constitutes the walls of the spool.

This allows makers to set their own style and strength of their spools, depending on their intended use case.

To customise, open the 3MF file and find the sub-object ‘Spool-infill’ of each side of the spool, and set your infill options. Ensure there are no top of bottom layers enabled for the desired effect.

Highly recommended to be printing in anything other than PLA/TPU, as you'd likely put these spools in dryers/dehumidifiers which would otherwise melt PLA.

Print at 100% speed or less, otherwise you may get flimsy infill!

Known Good Infill Types:

• Gyroid
• Honeycomb

Known Bad Infill Types:

• Lightning
• Archemedean Chords
• Octogram Spiral
• Hillbert Curve

Modifications were made using Bambu Studio. The included 3MF file contains both left and right sides of the spool for your convenience.
