This remix allows the split flap display by David Kingsman to be powered by USB C.

 

To use this, you will need an additional part: Type-C QC AFC PD2.0 PD3.0 to DC Fast Charge Decoy Trigger (or similar). Make sure the DIP switches are set correctly for 12 V (on off on).

You will of course also need a USB wall adapter that is capable of supplying enough power for your number of split flap units (about 21W for 10 units).

 

Use 2 M2x4mm screws to attach the board to the back cover housing (same screws as for mounting the hall effect sensors).
