Kingdom death monster - Monster tray small

This is an updated monster tray for kingdom death monster.

instead of using the cardboard in the game, this adds a compact solution for the cards used in the monster showdowns. 

This also adds a space for a spindown d20 dice to display monster level or can be used to gve monster extra HP in 5-6 player optional rules.

This version is smaller than my previous version and can be printet on MK3+ without splitting it into multiple pieces.
