This is a prize wheel I made as a gift. It uses a standard 608 skateboard bearing (22mm OD, 8mm ID, 7mm W) and 3 M3x10 flathead screws. Assembly is pretty straighforward. Press fit the bearing, snap on the wheel cover, and screw in the clicker and arrow cap.
Needs at least a 200x200mm bed to print.
The tolerences in this are generally about 100 microns, except for the bearing mount which is an exact fit. If you have trouble fitting the bearing, throw it in the freezer for a few hours to shrink it down.
There is a STEP file if you want to play with the design. Enjoy!
