My wife has a lot of lip balm and wanted something to store them in. She liked the idea of being able to cycle through them to get random flavors adding a bit of randomness to her day.
I modeled this in fusion to be printed on its side without any supports. The model shown is printed with a .06 nozzle, but it should work fine with a .04 nozzle as well.
I've included two side guide rails that are not shown in the picture. I did not end up printing them, but did model them in case the lip balm was going to come out the open side. They seem to be staying in without any issue currently. If I was going to print them I would just super glue them into place on the main body.
The fusion 360 model is in the files, feel free to adjust as needed.
UPDATE - After using this for a bit my wife had a couple changes she thought would make this work better. The input/return for the lip balm has been moved to the front and the lip at the bottom was increased to keep lip balm from being pushed out by the weight of the stack.
The updated files are labeled V2.
