Creality Ender 3 v3 (E3V3) SE KE Dual Z Axis Pulley Belt Tensioner

Required parts:
2x M5 x 16mm
1x M3 x 12mm
1x M5 Washer
2x F695 Bearings

The washer should go between the top bearing and the printed adjuster. Snug the M3 x 12mm screw, but do not tighten it. The bearings should spin freely.

I have added the ability to adjust the tension. I also designed it to use F695 bearings and to push the belt out, rather than pinch it in.
