I printed it with ASA, so it is little yellower, then I want, so print it with some really white filament.

There are two methods to fix it on a hat. You can glue it(more destructive) or sew on. Like this→

Pieces of chain, I glued them with super glue.

Spikes, only stick them into sphere and ensure with super glue again.

And, that's all. Enjoy the printing, and don't kill anyone with that.
