The knob is a press-fit (at least on my printer) for an M5x25 bolt typically found in printer fastener kits. The hole is tapered slightly so use a nut to pull the bolt through.

Print in whatever filament you feel comfortable using. I picked PETG because, while I won't leave it attached, it will be stored outside with the other pool accessories.
