I made this model to allow me to hang my Dyson V11 on a standard metal storage rack while being able to keep it plugged into the charger cord. The shelves I designed this for are the Honey-Can-Do (SHF-01440) 5 tier metal rack shelves, but I would imagine most of these shelves are similar in size and design. I am not sure if this will fit any other Dyson model.
The teeth on the hanger are spaced to fit up to a 3mm shelf rods with 17mm spacing between each rod. This wedges in place tightly and required no extra hardware for support for mounting. There is an opening at the bottom so the power plug can remain in the vacuum while it's hanging on the shelf.
I printed this on a Bambu P1S using PETG. You could also print it using PLA PRO or ABS/ASA, but standard PLA tends to crack after repeated use. My PETG bracket has been working great for a couple months now with no signs of failure.
I used the standard 20mm Bambu profile and changed the following parameters:
Wall Loops = 3, Top Shell Layers = 4, Bottom Shell Layers = 4, Sparse Infill Density = 25, Infill/Wall Overlap = 20, Normal Auto Support = on
I printed this with the top down (teeth pointing up) so the infill supports the loops that hold that vacuum (see sliced image).
Total Print Time is about 2:20
