This battery cover lets you completely shut down the caliper, to improve battery life. By default, the caliper always tracks its position even when powered off, and the battery only lasts a few months.

The mod reuses the existing battery contact pads, moves the battery to the side and lets you solder a small switch between the battery and the caliper.

You'll need a small switch (approx 11x5.5mm), some copper tape for the contact pads and a small wire.

roller

An attempt to make a print-in-place roller for precise adjustments. However the roller doesn't have enough grip and isn't really useful. I might re-design it later to print the roller in TPU to get more grip.
