Fully 3D printed 3 phase motor as a Education version.
Motor can be disassembled to individual parts, can be used for engineering schools to show the internals as well as showcase.
Main body is 55h long print on Prusa i3 MK3S+ out of Prusament PC-CF which result in perfect surface texture hiding all layers.
ventilator cover printer out of Prusament ASA and smoothed.
Printable shaft rubber O ring out of TPU.
Assembly:
It is simple, you will need following parts:
4pcs M3x6mm rounded head screw
4pcs M6x50mm screws with cylindrical head and hexagonal inner slot
8pcs neodym. magnets with 8mm DIA and 5mm length.
4pcs M8x30mm with cylindrical head for stand.
+ a few drops of superglue to glue the stator body to Main body as well as the magnets
Magnets are glued into the lower part of the "Main body" and “Lower flange”. Rubber O rings as well as "bearings" are inserted into both flanges. If needed, you can secure them with a few drops of superglue.
Stator is printed in half, so you need to glue it together as well as coils onto the stator.
There is no need to use multimaterial unit or AMS
3MF parts are included in the .zip package
